SMT
Valor-managed SMT lines with 47 placement machines, including integrated quality assurance and inspection processes.
SMT is fully verified by 3D AOI Mech:
- Placement of all component types, at a scale of 100 million placements per month.
- Sophisticated solder printing machines with volume and location control measurements.
- Modern reflow ovens with computerized graduated, controlled heating and forced cooling.
- 6 wave and selective soldering lines for work using leaded and lead-free technologies, according to the RoHS and REACH directives.
High-end assemblies
- RH sets up integration departments that include engineers and technicians who perform full, comprehensive functional and final tests, from subassemblies to finished systems. Our teams provide analysis of their findings and support for customer products returned for service, using a range of dedicated technologies .
ICT, J-TAG, flying probe, electric tests
- Board- and card-level testing.
- An independent, skilled and professional team of testers and troubleshooters.
- A test device team that develops, builds and maintains specialized test jigs, measurements and data.
Testing
RH ensures excellent quality and personalized service with a project manager responsible for all stages of the solution planning and production process, as well as a quality assurance team monitoring production lines. These skilled, qualified inspectors apply some of the world’s most advanced test methodologies and devices.
ASQC Z1.4 standards
- Tests according to the AS9100 standard for products in the aviation and defense fields.
- X-ray machine for quality testing of invisible component placements (BGA and micro BGA elements).
- A three-dimensional optic fiber microscope and two- dimensional microscopes for X8- .
X60 magnifications
- ERSASCOPE – a fiber optic instrument for microscopic visual inspection of ball soldering of BGA elements and of elements with bottom soldering.
- A Valor computerized tracking and monitoring system that scans bar codes, providing real-time information on the quality of production and early warning of exceeding SPC control limits.
- Computerized, automated system (Valor BI) for reports on the quality of production and processes.
